The Service Provider excludes all liability for the conduct of website users. Users are fully and exclusively responsible for their own behavior. In case of any legal violations, the Service Provider cooperates with the relevant authorities.

Video Surveillance: Visitors to the lake are informed that a surveillance camera system operates on the premises. By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation, users accept that video recordings may be made of them.

The minimum reservation period is 7 days per fishing spot.

1. Online Ticket Purchase

1.1 Service Description

Crystal Carp Lake Kft. offers online reservations for fishing spots through its website.

1.2 Purchase Process

Users must be registered to complete a purchase. Please log in or create an account before proceeding. Select a fishing spot from the designated areas available on the lake.

After choosing the fishing spot, select your start and end dates. The minimum booking period is 7 days. Provide the names and fishing license numbers of all anglers attending. Each fishing spot can accommodate a maximum of 2 anglers.

Complete the required details, then proceed to payment via the online payment platform.

2. Payment Methods

2.1 Available Payment Methods

Payments can only be made via credit/debit card on our website.

2.2 Credit/Debit Card Payment

Crystal Carp Lake Kft. uses the Barion payment system. Online transactions are processed through the Barion system, and no credit card information is shared with the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is regulated by the Hungarian National Bank (License Number: H-EN-I-1064/2013).

Please note the following when entering payment details:

Card Type: Select the appropriate card type from the dropdown menu.

Card Issuing Bank: Enter the name of the bank as it appears on the card.

Cardholder Name: Enter the name exactly as it appears on the card.

Card Number: Enter the 16-digit card number without spaces or dashes.

Expiration Date: Enter in MM/YY format (e.g., 10/09 for October 2009).

Security Code (CVC/CVV): The last 3 digits of the number found on the back of the card.

The payment processing system will confirm the transaction within 5-10 seconds. Do not close the browser or interrupt the process. A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete.

Currency Notice: Transactions are processed in Hungarian Forints (HUF). If the user's bank account is in a different currency, conversion rates may slightly affect the final charge.

2.3 SZÉP Card Payments (COMING SOON)

Crystal Carp Lake Kft. will soon accept Széchenyi Recreation Cards (SZÉP cards) for payments. Partial payments using SZÉP cards and another payment method will not be possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their booking within 7 days of confirmation, unless the booking start date is within 7 days. In such cases, cancellations are not allowed. However, the paid amount will be credited to the user's account for future bookings.

Cancellation Steps:

Cancellations can be made through the My Reservations section on the website.

Refunds are not issued back to bank accounts; instead, the credited amount can be used for future bookings.

The credited balance must be used within the same calendar year.

4. Purchase Confirmation

After a successful transaction, users will receive an email confirmation. If no confirmation is received within 1 hour, please check the spam folder or contact customer support.

5. Payment Errors

If an error occurs during payment, do not attempt another purchase before contacting customer support.

6. Invoice Request

Invoices for completed purchases are automatically generated and sent via email. They can also be accessed from the user's account.

7. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Protection

For disputes, users may submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

In Hungary, the Budapest Conciliation Board assists consumers with disputes: https://bekeltet.bkik.hu/

The Conciliation Board provides a free and straightforward resolution process for consumers and businesses.
